These are my only pictures from Thanksgiving in Arkansas this year. Yes, I am aware that I have the same shirt on from the baby shower, and yes, I am aware that my belly is exploding out of it!

Houston Baby Shower

We had a wonderful shower for Perry in Houston the weekend before Thanksgiving (yes, I know I am way behind on the blog)! There was such a great turnout and it was so nice to see everyone. My friend Suzi even made a quick day trip in from Dallas just for the shower. The hostesses decorated everything so cute and it was such a fun baby shower! Perry got so many adorable things that she is going to love! Here are a few pics...

31 Week Appointment

Today we had our 31 week appointment. Everything looked great and we are right on track! She is still measuring big, so my doctor said he would induce me on January 11th if she doesn't come before then. Also, I was only up 5 lbs. this visit! Granted it has only been 3 weeks since my last appointment but hopefully things are finally tapering off. =) Total 37 lbs. Heartrate 152. BP 120/70.

Revell's Birthday

My niece Revell turned 3 on November 1st! Her birthday party was last Sunday and we got to go since we were in town for the baby shower. Her party was a Fancy Nancy theme and was at the gymnastics place. She was so cute! Here are some pics....

Arkansas Shower

This past Saturday we had our first baby shower in Arkansas! It was so much fun and it was so great to see so many of my friends. Every one of these girls except for one live out of town and they all made the trip in for the shower. I miss them all so much and hope one day we can get back closer to home so we can all get together more often. Anyway, the shower was a blast! We had a great time and Perry got so many cute things! Thank you again to all of the girls for putting this on for us and to everyone for making the trip in. I feel so lucky to have such a wonderful group of friends. I love you all so very much!

Charleston

We went to Charleston this past weekend for a little getaway! I had never been before and I absolutely loved it! It is so cute and quaint and historic and lovely and I could go on forever with how impressed I was with this town. We met our good friends Jayme and Carter for dinner Saturday night. Jayme is one of my good friends from college and she just moved from Arkansas to Charlotte with her hubby. It was so great to see them and catch up and the place we had dinner, Anson, was really good. After dinner we went to watch the Texas/Texas Tech football game (Taylor is a Red Raider) and they won which was great! On Sunday we walked around the town, drove to Sullivan's Island and to Folly Beach. That extra hour really helped. We went to dinner that night at this really cute restaurant called 82 Queen and it was so yummy! After brunch on Monday we headed back to Atlanta. I think all we did the entire weekend was eat which I loved. It was a long drive but well worth it for such a nice relaxing weekend. Of course I didn't take that many pics but here are a few...I have no idea why these are so small - I'll work on that later.....
