Perry got her tubes on Friday morning. It was such a simple procedure and she was a trooper. She went right to Dr. Jason and let him carry her back to the OR. She was groggy for about 20 min after and then completely back to normal. He said he had to clean out a ton of mucas thick fluid from each ear so I'm sure she feels 100 times better. Poor thing can probaly hear now too! Fingers crossed that this does the trick and we are done with sickness around our house.

On a side note, Perry is not attached to anything. She never has been. However, the past couple of weeks she has insisted on wearing her jacket. Either this blue jacket or her zebra print jacket. She wears it all the time and throws a fit if we try and take it off. :)

perry is in hot springs with nanny and poppy for a few days this week. we miss her like crazy! my dad sent me these pics yesterday.

last week the condrey family came to visit us! greg (taylor's brother), kelli, avery, tatum and josie drove up to see us while they were on spring break. we had so much fun with them!!! they got in on thursday and stayed until sunday and we had a great time! thank you guys for coming to visit and we can't wait to see you in a few weeks.

Happy Spring!

14 months

Happy St. Patrick's Day! Perry turned 14 months today. We went back to the doctor and she has double ear infections again. So she is back on antibiotics she will stay on meds until her tubes next Friday. Poor thing! This is such a terrible picture but the only one I got before bath and bedtime last night. I am getting my camera out today and have got to start taking more pictures of my baby girl! On a brighter note, her weight was back up at the doc - 26.7 lbs :)

1 year stats

At Perry's 1 year checkup:

Weight: 24 lbs 13.5 oz
Height: 32 in
Head circumference: 48.5cm

Weight and Height are still 97% and Head is still 90%. She had actually lost some weight, close to 2 pounds since her last visit b/c she has been so sick so we had to do some checking to make sure everything was okay. It was, thank goodness. She couldn't get her shots that day b/c surprise, she had another ear infection. So she is getting tubes next Friday and hopefully we will be on the mend after that!

we went on an hour long stroll through the trails in our neighborhood on sunday. perry wore her sunglasses the entire time. i can't believe she didn't take them off. she loves her car and was just having a great time cruising with her snacks. funny girl.
