Merry Christmas! We had a Christmas to remember around here! The kiddos were incredibly lucky with all of their gifts, Perry was really fun this year - the girl LOVES Christmas. She sang Christmas carols all day every day, we watched Home Alone 9999999 times, and she helped me with all of the decorations (taking up and down). It was super fun to watch all the joy and excitement in her eyes. We ran into a little snag over the break when she cut her hair. I was not a happy momma, but we got it fixed up and it will just have to grow back. It could have been a lot worse. George didn't really get the holiday this year, but he had a blast tearing down the tree and throwing ornaments all over the house. :) We went to the family service on Christmas Eve and had dinner with my parents that night. It was our first Christmas Day to spend at our house so that was special and we did Santa that morning - after the kids woke up at 9:00 - and went to have lunch at the Stewart's house. We were all kind of sick and then it snowed almost 10 inches on Christmas Day and we lost power for 5 days. We stuck it out one night and then loaded up and went to Hot Springs for the rest of the time. Thankfully my parents had power. All in all, we had a wonderful Christmas and we are very thankful!
