North Carolina

Perry made her first trip to North Carolina for my cousin's wedding a few weeks ago. It is really nice to get back and see everyone. My mom's entire family lives there - she had 7 sisters and 2 brothers so there is a TON of family to see. Perry was the biggest trooper! She got handled by no less than 30 different people a day and just loved all of the attention. Jamie, you were a beautiful bride and I am so happy we were there to share your special day! 6 month stats

Perry is 6 months old!!! Where has the time gone? We went to the doctor today and here are her stats:

Weight: 19lbs 7oz - 97%
Height: 27 1/4 inches - 97%
Head: cm - 95%

At 6 months Perry is:
- sitting up really well
- thinking about crawling, she gets into position and rocks
- is still nursing
- eating all baby food, biter biscuits, mum mums, puffs, etc. and she likes it ALL
- is still getting up one time a night to nurse - usually around 5 am and then goes right back down
- is not that interested in her paci - still chews her thumb
- has one bottom tooth that is trying to break through
- reaches for EVERYTHING. is super busy and needs to be constantly entertained. dinner out is not that fun anymore.
- is extremely nosy. wants to know what's going on at all times.
- loves her new jumper.
- has a very sweet disposition and the girl doesn't meet a stranger.
- reaches for the next available arms to be held. she just started this about a week ago and it is so cute. taylor and i thought is was just for us but that isn't the case.

4th of July in Houston

We had a great 4th of July weekend in Houston! Taylor's entire family was in town and it was so fun spending the holiday with them. Kelli and Greg just put in a beautiful new pool so we spent Friday over there. As usual the weekend flew by and we were sad to leave. There are a TON of pics from the weekend!
